Not your average training supplier.
IAS is the didactic design partner for automotive learning.
Behind every programme is a team of automotive trainers, engineers and designers. We decode complex expertise into learning that works on the job, close the loop with technical support, and help you hire the right people through HR & recruitment, so fewer skills need fixing later.
Challenging the industry since 2012.

“We believe learning should not be a box to tick. It should create curiosity, confidence, and capability that shows up in the workplace.”
We exist for the automotive organizations that take this seriously, the ones who refuse to treat training as a cost line and want it functioning as a competitive system.
01
The problem
You don't need another training supplier. You need proof that your training changes behaviour.
Most automotive companies already have more trainers, decks and platforms than they can manage. What almost nobody has is a clear answer to the only questions that matter: how good are those trainers really, is the content didactically sound, and does any of it change what people do on Monday morning?
Content is not training.
Training is not learning.
And learning without behaviour change is just an expensive calendar entry.
Nobody measures the trainer
Subject-matter credibility gets checked. Didactic skill almost never does. Yet that is what decides whether the room learns anything.
Content nobody validated
Decks get approved on accuracy, not on learning design. Accurate and unteachable is the most common combination in this industry.
No behaviour, no proof
Smile sheets and attendance lists are not evidence. If nothing changes on the workshop floor or in the showroom, nothing happened.
Suppliers, not a system
Plenty of vendors, no shared didactic standard. Every market, trainer and dealer quietly invents their own version.
Complexity keeps growing
EV, ADAS, software-defined vehicles, new brands. The content load doubles while the learning time does not.

People are the asset - yours and ours.
The difference is not that we train. The difference is how we design learning.
Many companies can deliver training. A few understand automotive. Almost nobody combines automotive credibility, didactic design and execution.
Decode
We extract what people really need to understand, explain, do or coach.
- 01 · Decode the challenge
- 02 · Map the content
Design
We turn complexity into a didactic concept. Not a slide dump. Not an information overload.
- 03 · Design the learning experience
- 04 · Develop the assets
Train
We deliver and optimize in the real automotive context.
- 05 · Deliver or enable delivery
- 06 · Localize and scale
Improve through feedback
Delivery feeds the next design round: participant and trainer feedback, field observations, updated materials. The threefold is a cycle, not a one-off project.

What we train
From workshop technology to showroom conversations.
IAS designs and delivers automotive learning across the domains where readiness matters.
Not training domains. Business services that keep the network running.
Alongside our training domains, IAS offers three supporting services. We do not train these subjects - we deliver them as a service to automotive organizations.
NBN R 03-001:2021 and HEV levels 1 to 4 - our safety-critical training catalogue is open for registration.
