Build a craft. Move an industry.

The automotive world is shifting fast. Really fast. And somewhere in the middle of all that change, there are people who need to grow, adapt and lead. That's where you come in. At IAS, your work doesn't just fill a slot in someone's calendar. It actually means something. If that sounds like your kind of place, keep reading.

§ 01

Why join

What working here actually means.

IAS is not a place where you clock in, deliver, and quietly count down to Friday. It's a place where your work has context, your growth has direction, and the people around you genuinely make you better. Here's what that looks like day to day.

Innovation

EV, AI, learning science. We work one step ahead of the industry.

Mentorship

Every junior works next to a senior trainer. Doing, not watching.

Autonomy

Own your projects. Spot a better way, say it, and we act on it.

Culture

Flexible hours, remote work and a full year of onboarding.

Growth

An internal certification track that makes your progress real.

§ 02

What we hire for

What you bring.

This is the capability side of the conversation: what you already know how to do on day one. Nobody arrives ticking every box. Two or three of these, done properly, is enough to start talking.

01

Craft in a room

You can stand in front of technicians or sales people and hold them. Trainer, coach or facilitator, the room leaves able to do something new.

02

Automotive or technical depth

Workshop, aftersales, product or retail. You know how the business really runs, not just how the slides describe it.

03

Comfort in the field

Workshops, dealerships and launch events across Europe. The work happens where the cars are, and travel is part of it.

04

Language range

EN, FR, NL and DE across European networks, with more where the market asks. Two of those fluently is a strong start.

05

Structure under pressure

Multiple markets, moving deadlines, live programmes. You plan, you document, you keep your promises to clients.

06

Willingness to be taught

We teach didactics to everyone who joins. The design method is ours to hand over; the appetite to learn it is yours.

§ 03

Who fits best

How the work actually gets done here.

Skills get you the conversation. This is the working style that decides whether you enjoy the job once you have it.

01

Curiosity before certainty

The people who do best here ask one more question than the brief invited, then change the plan when the answer demands it.

02

Ownership without a queue

Small teams, real responsibility, no layer between you and the client. You decide, then you carry it.

03

Generosity with what you know

Everything we learn is written down and handed over. Knowledge hoarding does not survive here.

04

Feedback in both directions

You give it straight and you take it straight, on the same day, without a meeting to prepare it.

Six ways into IAS.

These are the role types that exist at IAS, not a list of current vacancies. They show what you could own here. What is actually open today is listed further down.

§ 04

Open roles

Ready when you are.

Here is what is open right now. If something is close enough but not exact, apply anyway and say what you would want to own.

§ 05

How we hire

How we hire.

Honest conversations, a focus on craft, and a process that respects your time. Here is exactly what happens between your application and your first day.
