The didactic design partner for automotive learning.

IAS exists because automotive organizations do not need more generic training. They need a partner who understands the complexity of the sector and knows how to turn that complexity into learning that works.

Automotive. Didactic. Applied.

Six things that rarely sit in one company.

Automotive expertise

We understand the sector, roles, technologies, processes and dealer reality.

Didactic design

We know how people learn, practice, remember and apply.

Trainer craft

Facilitation, structure, questioning and feedback, built deliberately.

Practical execution

Materials, delivery, coordination and rollout that actually happen.

Localization

Language, market context and brand reality across countries.

On-the-job relevance

Everything is judged by what changes back at work.

It started with a pattern nobody wanted to name.

IAS was founded in 2012 by people who had spent years inside automotive training rooms and workshops. The pattern was always the same. The content was accurate, the products were impressive, the experts knew everything worth knowing. And the people in the room still left without being able to do the job any better than when they walked in.

The missing piece was never subject knowledge. It was didactic design: the deliberate work of turning what an expert knows into something another person can learn, practise, remember and apply under pressure at a dealership on a busy Tuesday.

So IAS was built as the opposite of a training supplier. Not a body shop for trainer days, not a slide factory. A partner that starts by decoding what the business actually needs people to be able to do, designs learning around that gap, and then delivers it in the languages, markets and formats the network really works in.

Fourteen years later the method has not changed, only the scale. What began as a handful of specialists in Belgium now supports OEMs, importers, national sales companies and dealer groups across more than thirty markets.

Learning is judged at work, not in the room.

A satisfied audience is pleasant. A changed behaviour on the shop floor is the point. We design backwards from the moment the knowledge has to be used, and we build the practice that gets someone there.

Expertise is not the same as teachability.

Your best technician is rarely your best teacher, and that is not a criticism. Making expertise transferable is a separate craft, with its own structure, sequencing, questioning and feedback.

Complexity is not an excuse for confusion.

High-voltage architecture, ADAS calibration and new sales processes are genuinely complex. Complexity is a reason to design harder, never a reason to accept that half the room will be lost.

Localization is design, not translation.

A programme that lands in Belgium and fails in Poland was never finished. Language, market maturity, dealer structure and brand reality all change what has to be taught and how.

Delivery is where quality is proven.

Strategy decks do not train anyone. We keep design, materials, trainers, coordination and logistics under one roof so nothing is lost between the plan and the room.

Say no early.

We would rather lose a project at the briefing than deliver something we know will not work. That honesty is why clients come back with the difficult programmes.

Being clear about the fit saves everyone time.

We are not a catalogue business. If what you need is a standard course delivered at the lowest possible day rate, there are suppliers who do that well and we will say so in the first conversation.

We are not a content agency either. Beautiful materials that nobody can teach from are a cost, not an asset. Every deliverable we produce is built to be facilitated by a real trainer in front of a real audience.

And we do not publish numbers we cannot stand behind. No invented completion rates, no borrowed benchmarks, no testimonials that were never given. Credibility is the only durable asset in this business.

Automotive

We understand the sector, roles, technologies, processes and dealer reality.

Didactic

We know how people learn, practice, remember and apply.

Applied

Learning must work in the job, not just in the classroom.

We compete on capability, not on the cheapest day rate.

IAS is a premium partner for organizations with real complexity: OEMs, importers, national sales companies, dealer groups and academies. We are the wrong partner for anyone shopping purely on price, and we say so early.
