Launch readiness for a network that has never sold this before
- Product training
- Technical training
- Sales training
- Training facilities
The situation. A new powertrain, a new segment or a new brand enters the market. The product documentation is complete and the launch date is fixed, but the people who have to explain and service the vehicle have no reference point for it.
What IAS did. We decode what a salesperson, advisor or technician must be able to do on day one, strip the technical documentation down to what supports those tasks, and build a programme that puts people in front of the vehicle early and often. Trainers are briefed and calibrated before the first wave.
What changed. The network arrives at launch able to hold the conversation and do the work, rather than reading from a deck. Support questions shift from basic orientation to genuine edge cases.
- Start from the day-one task, not from the product deck. What people must do decides what they must know.
- Time with the actual vehicle beats slides. Book the car before you book the room.
- Calibrate trainers before wave one, or every market invents its own version of the launch story.
