§ 01

Le défi

A new brand, three markets, and no room for waste.

A new entrant does not have a legacy academy, a trainer pool or a network that already knows the product. What it has is a launch calendar and three markets that are close enough to share a lot and different enough to break a copy-paste approach.

That makes efficiency the design constraint rather than an afterthought. Everything is built once for BeNeLux and adapted deliberately per market, never rebuilt three times.

Studio-based training carries the load: recorded and delivered from a controlled setup so the network gets a consistent product story without pulling everyone into a room for every update. Around the launches, product launch training puts people in front of the vehicle where that is what the task actually requires.

E-learning is produced AI-first. AI accelerates drafting, structuring, scripting and localisation, and every module still passes through didactic design and a human check before it reaches the network. Speed is the point, not an excuse.

§ 02

Rôles IAS

Les personnes derrière le programme.

Product trainer

Delivers studio-based and launch training for the model line-up across BeNeLux.

Concepteur didactique

Designs once for three markets, with deliberate points of local adaptation.

E-learning developer

Builds modules AI-first, then finishes them to didactic standard.

Studio producer

Runs the recording setup so output stays consistent and fast to refresh.

Launch readiness lead

Makes sure the network can hold the product conversation on day one.

Coordinateur de projet

Keeps the multi-market calendar, translations and publication in step.

§ 03

Déroulement

Build once, publish three times.

The efficiency comes from the sequence: decide the shared core before anything is produced, then let AI take the volume out of production.

  1. Phase 01

    Scope the niche

Which audiences and which capability gaps actually matter for a new entrant in BeNeLux.

  2. Phase 02

    Design the shared core

One product story and one learning structure for three markets, with adaptation points named up front.

  3. Phase 03

    Produce AI-first

AI-supported drafting, scripting and localisation, always finished by didactic design and human review.

  4. Phase 04

    Record in studio

Studio-based sessions that reach the whole network without a national roadshow per update.

  5. Phase 05

    Train the launch

Product launch training with the vehicle present, for the moments where hands-on is the only honest format.

Ce qui a changé dans l'organisation.

  • One production effort serving three BeNeLux markets instead of three parallel builds.
  • Studio-based delivery that keeps the product story consistent and cheap to refresh.
  • Launch training focused on the moments that genuinely need the vehicle in the room.
  • AI-first e-learning production that shortens time from product information to published module.
  • A training setup sized for a niche entrant, without academy overhead it does not need yet.
